Directions for use: 1. After you washed your feet cleanly, dry your feet. 2. Put on the Foot Pack. 3. After you put on the Foot Pack, fix around your ankles of the Pack with a rubber band. If necessary, you has better put on socks or slippers. 4. Remove the Pack in 60~90 minutes and wash your feet cleanly. 5.
